About Us

Founded in 2005, StocktiX is a leading boutique private equity firm with $4.9 billion in capital raised since inception. Our Firm is solely focused on investing in North American small and middle market companies through a combination of buyout funds and direct equity co-investments, leveraging our senior management team’s 110+ years of combined experience in our target markets.

We offer investors three complementary strategies which are engineered to provide investors solutions across a continuum of the buyout market. Our intentional approach to portfolio construction combines fund investments with direct equity co-investments in a single fund structure, an approach we believe creates a compelling value proposition.
